Shipping policy
We currently offer free shipping to the lower 48 states on all orders. The free shipping option will automatically be assigned upon check out.
We ship via USPS & UPS. Although orders usually ship the day we receive the order, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1 business day from the time you place your order. During warm weather May through Oct we only ship Monday through Thursday. If your order will not arrive in 2 business days then we will hold it until the following Monday. At this time we DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ask that you provide a street address, with the appropriate suite or apartment number, for your order. To ensure our chocolate toffee is in perfect condition upon arrival we only ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate toffee, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INVALID ADDRESSES OR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" BY SHIPPING COMPANIES. While we do our best to validate all addresses before shipping, we cannot be held responsible for orders sent back to us for this reason. Please make sure that you enter the correct address during checkout. If we have to send out your package a second time, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our perishable chocolate toffee products require cold packaging in warm weather. From May to October or when the weather will be over 70 degrees for the receiving location, we use insulated bags and ice packs to preserve the quality of our toffee.
