Food Product Returns
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened or unopened food products for food-safety reasons.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or has another quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the problem
A photo of the product and/or shipping package when applicable
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
You will not be required to return damaged or defective food products unless specifically requested.
Other Refund Requests
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for another reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation individually and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Because our products are food items, refunds are not guaranteed for taste preferences or orders placed in error.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Because food products generally do not need to be physically returned, customers will normally not incur return shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
