Refund policy

Here at Mountain Made Toffee we care about the satisfaction of our customers.  If something is wrong with your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving it with your order number.    

Please state what the issue is with the order and send a few photos if possible.  We will then let you know if we will issue a refund or send you a new order.  If a refund or new order is approved it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or a new order shipped out to you.
