Our toffee keeps well at room temperature for up to two months, three months in the refrigerator, and a year when frozen.

All of our toffee is gluten free.

At Mountain Made Toffee, we take great care in getting your toffee to you fresh and delicious. During warmer months,
we ship using UPS 2-Day, include insulated bags, and ice packs to protect your order from heat.
Despite our best efforts, toffee can occasionally arrive slightly melted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
No worries--it's still perfectly delicious!
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Place the bag in your refrigerator for a few hours to let the toffee firm back up.
2. Once it's chilled, use a sharp knife to cut it into pieces.
3. Then relax, indulge, and enjoy every bite of our handcrafted toffee!

We make our toffee in a commercial kitchen located in Nevada City CA. The kitchen is licensed and inspected annually.

At this time, all our toffee products include fresh California roasted almonds or peanuts.
